A while ago I talked about making the time to workout by any means necessary. I’ve stated before that I only recommend something that I am doing or have done. So I thought the best way to do that was to detail a workout that I do which does not take long at all and you’ll feel the burn within minutes, especially if you do the exercises back to back.
If you need to stretch prior to exercising do that. Some people do it before, some do it after, it all depends on what works for you. I try not to count reps because that can limit our bodies’ growth level. Try 3 sets of fail for each exercise.
- Box jumps
- Push-ups 3 ways (regular, diamond, & dumbbell)
- Bicep curls (drop sets, here I do 35-20-15-10-5 til fail which is one set)
- Dumbbell pulldowns (technically pull across, but semantics, shemantics)
- Boxing circuit (practicing different punches with proper techniques)
